Personal data within the meaning of these data protection provisions is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, in particular, your name and e-mail address.

The query serves the purpose of distinguishing whether the input is made by a human or by automated, machine processing. 4.5 Embedded YouTube videos
On some of our websites, we embed YouTube videos from our channel or partners. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (hereinafter “YouTube”). For the submission and administration of service requests, we use the WP plugin Ultimate Member, which you can use to create a customer account on our website. 5 Privacy Policy for SSL Encryption
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator. 6 Other communication channels of FLUXRON Solutions AG
6.1 Mailchimp
The dispatch of general messages is carried out by means of the dispatch service provider ‘MailChimp’, a newsletter dispatch platform of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a MailChimp is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee of compliance with the European level of data protection (PrivacyShield).
The dispatch service provider may use the data of the recipients in pseudonymous form, i.e. without assignment to a user, to optimise or improve its own services, e.g. for the technical optimisation of the dispatch and presentation of the newsletter or for statistical purposes. However, the shipping service provider does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass the data on to third parties.

6.4 FLUXRON System Configurator (FLX App)
The FLUXRON system configurator does not collect or transmit any personal data. However, the APP requires the Android permissions BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_ADMIN, ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION to scan and pair Bluetooth devices. Potential geolocation information available with these permissions will not be collected or transmitted.
6.5 FLUXRON WebMonitor
The FLUXRON WebMonitor does not collect or transmit any personal data.
7 Your rights
You have the right to request information from us as to whether and, if so, which of your personal data we process.
