Schlanders, South Tyrol – Hospital – Gastroservice<\/h4>

Since mid-March 2022, the hospital in Schlanders<\/a> has no longer been cooking on large cast-iron hobs. The company Gastroservice GmbH<\/a> from Eppan was commissioned to improve the energy efficiency of the old Ambach cooker block. Harald Meraner decided to replace the old hotplates with FLUXRON induction systems. In order to support a smooth conversion in the best possible way, FLUXRON then adapted the dimensions of the glass ceramic<\/a> to fit the existing reception of the former cast iron hotplates. The Gastroservice installation team only had to extend the substructure to accommodate the Built-out BAX slide<\/a> inductors, which was feasible with manageable effort.<\/p>

Chef Lukas Oberhofer is enthusiastic about the FLUXRON induction solution. He particularly appreciates the flush installation, the fast heating times and the significantly improved room climate. <\/span><\/p>
