Commercial kitchen

Intelligent induction systems know how to inspire the user. The energy is directly converted into heat just inside the cooking pot, very efficiently. The power output adapts to the cookware. Operating data is stored and can be read online and wireless via APP’s.

Table-top devices
Table-top devices
The induction systems Table-top are table-top units which can be placed directly on tables or carcasses and connected to a socket. There are two types available, which differ in maximum output power and unit height.
Built-in/out induction
Built-in/out induction
The induction systems Built-in and Built-out are substructure units which are installed directly under the CERAN glass. In the case of the Built-out units, the available generators BAX , REX and BOX are installed separately from the coil unit. For installation under the CERAN glass, the variants "lift", "light", "flex", "frame" or "slide" are available.
Drop-in/out devices
Drop-in/out devices
The induction systems Drop-in and Drop-out are insert units which can be used directly from above as induction hobs. The CERAN glass is protected by a surrounding glass frame which is visibly placed on the surface of the cooker. Depending on the design "light", "frame" or "slide", induction units are permanently installed in the housing, can be inserted from below or can be pushed in from the front via the cover.
Fit-in/out devices
Fit-in/out devices
The induction systems Fit-in and Fit-out are built-in appliances that can be used directly as hobs. The integrated CERAN glass together with the glass support is installed flush with the cooker surface using set screws. With Fit-in, the entire induction unit is inserted directly at the glass support, with Fit-out only the coil unit. Depending on the installation and ventilation concept, generators of type REX and BAX are used.

light – in lightweight construction
No assembly aids are provided by the manufacturer. To attach the coil module, mounting clips are mounted and screwed to the threaded bolts that are available on the building side.

lift with lifting system
Using a patented lifting system, the coils can be pushed up to the CERAN glass after the device has been installed and pressed via the integrated spring system.

flex the standard
The coils are mounted on the additional coil carrier. The coil carrier itself supports various types of assembly, which can be used on the construction side.

framewith mounting frame
The coil carriers can be mounted on the existing bolt system on the additional glass carrier. The glass carrier itself is mounted sideways or from the bottom to the stove surface adjustable in height.

slide with rail mounting frame
Thanks to the additional rails attached to the glass carrier, the coil carriers can be inserted from the front over the aperture without any effort

BAX Generators are specially designed for installation directly under the hob . The drip water safe housing with air intake via grease filter from below.

REX Generators are specially designed for installation in electrical cabinets . They can be arranged directly next to each other and are available as a single generator as well as a double generator.

BOX Generators are specially designed for installation in tabletop units . Thanks to the open, elongated design and the radial ventilation system, they have a very small height.

NOX Generators are specially designed for holding systems . The small height limits the performance to 3500W.

The X-Class induction is equipped with the usual standard functions for professional use. These can be easily adapted to customer needs using the FLUXRON APP via Bluetooth.

The S-Class induction guarantees maximum functionality, double-sided operation, energy management, performance optimisation and much more. All functions can also be configured via Bluetooth, as with the X-Class.

The I-Class induction is ideal for remote generator installation. All signals from the cooking zone are collected in an interface and transmitted digitally via a data line to the remote generator, which greatly simplifies installation.

Modular induction systems (-out)

Fit-out devices are modular induction hobs. The CERAN glass and the glass carrier are flush to the stove surface via adjusting screws. The coil system itself is simply used in the glass carrier. However, the induction generator is installed separately in a generator compartment or remotely in the adjoining room.

Built-out devices are modular induction solutions whose coils are installed directly under a CERAN glass. Depending on the application, different mounting methods are available for the coil systems. The induction generator itself is installed separately in a generator compartment or set off in the adjoining room.

Drop-out devices are also modular induction cookers. The visible glass frame with the CERAN glass is inserted from above into existing recesses and stands up slightly on the stove surface. The coil system itself is simply fixed in the glass frame. However, the induction generator is installed separately in a generator compartment or remotely in the adjoining room.

Compact induction systems (-in)

Fit-in devices are compact induction solutions. The CERAN glass and the glass carrier are flush to the stove surface via adjusting screws. The induction or coil system itself is easily used with the glass carrier.

Built-in devices are compact induction solutions that are installed directly under the CERAN glass. Depending on the application, different housing and assembly technology is used.

Drop-in devices are inserted into a recess from above. The visible glass frame stands up slightly on the stove surface. The induction unit is either firmly installed in the housing, can be used from below or can be retracted from the front.

Mobile induction systems (-top)

Table-top devices are ideal for mobile use. They are connected directly to a power outlet and are immediately ready for operation.
